We accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, or delivered with defects or damage. To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact our support team at fred@vulcangrill.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue for faster assistance. Refunds or replacements will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

The product is currently on backorder. Pellet deliveries are scheduled to arrive on October 15, 2025, after which orders will ship to most parts of the US within 5-7 business days.
